Pros:
The biggest pro is that its cheap!
Cons:
Cleanliness is definitely an issue.

Beautiful apartment, decent building

Pros:
Management was very responsive, and polite.
Cons:
The street is very loud on summer nights. It's also a very old building, so the windows weren't that tight in the frames. This was an issue for safety and temperature.
Advice to owner:
The windows need repairing. Also the apartment was filthy when I moved in.
