Clean and very conveniently located

Pros:
Clean lobby, responsive super
Cons:
Did not have gas or access to the laundry for 5 months. Was delayed in providing electrical burners, and slow to communicate updates. Will be replacing gas stoves with electrical stoves but who knows how long that'll take.
Advice to owner:
Communicate better with tenants

Nice apartment with some problems

Pros:
Our apt newly renovated. Nice bathrooms and common spaces. Relatively clean building.
Cons:
Issue with some apts and bedbug management. Is better now. Noisy area. Management sometimes took a while to get back to us, and less receptive to requests.

Pros:
-The apartments are spacious and updated with full size appliances.
-Management responds to maintenance requests quickly, got our door buzzer replaced within 2 days!
-The neighbors are friendly and the street is pretty quiet during the day.
Cons:
-Neighbors can be very loud at night, sometimes until 3am. Usually loud music coming from the upper apartments. It’s written into the lease that from 10pm to 8am there be quiet hours and it doesn’t seem like most people observe them.
-The building common areas don’t look to be cleaned often and sometimes smell of rotten food.
-The occasional cockroach. Bound to happen.
Advice to owner:
Enforce the quiet hours, and clean the common areas.
