Clean Building with pending updates
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Building is close to the train and about a 10 -15 minute walk from riverside park.
-Food and gym are nearby.
-In clean shape (used to be better)
-Friendly neighbors
-new restaurants opening
Cons:
-it can get loud at nights due to bikers
-free personal music concerts on weekends
-renovations are still pending (has taken way too long to complete!)
-door brakes often( slow in fixing …anything)
Advice to owner:
Please coordinate for a faster finish of renovations. (Colors can be better- eliminate wallpaper please)
