Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that the apartments were spacious, however, some of the older ones that haven’t been renovated are in dire condition.
The newer renovated ones have great light and space. Located close to train lines, which is nice.n
Cons:
Cockroaches are everywhere, had a mouse problem, packages getting stolen ALL THE TIME. Definitely someone selling crack out of their apartment, because they let in a lot of sketchy people.
Advice to owner:
Invest in renovating the lobby/entryway. Invest in better security for your tenants.
