Decent Building could improve on some things
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, affordable laundry on site
Cons:
Vandalism, Packages get stolen constantly because of broken lock in front door at times
Advice to owner:
Invest in perhaps installing security cameras in the building to prevent package theft.

Needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location Right across post office Lots of sunlight in rooms Big rooms Quiet during the day
Cons:
Lots of trash scattered around the hallways & elevator and front entrance Neighbors shout a lot Oswaldo, the súper, is unavailable and impossible to reach Composting has ceased There are no smoke detectors in hallways nor fire extinguishers Electricity bills are very high
Advice to owner:
There is a huge maintenance problem at this location. The building is covered with grime and could use with new lighting. It’s scary to come to the building at night as you can barely see. I wish they would paint the hallways a brighter color. Also the apartments efficiency rating is at a 59/100, a C. Electricity bills are very high and that’s with making sure all applicances are disconnected at night. There are so many improvements that could be done but it seems Heights Realty does not care to allocate funds for their tenants hard work.
