Responsive landlord. Small, flexed apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord was the most responsive and easiest to get in touch with I’ve ever experienced in NYC. They had an email or ticketing system and issues were tracked, responded to effectively, and done. Never had a similar experience since.
Close to subways and easily accessible to other parts of the city
Right off bustling street with all stores amenities and restaurants but block itself is quieter
Sunlight comes into bedrooms on top floor
Cons:
2 bedroom was a flexed studio, it worked for our needs at the time, but was small and the doors and walls were very flimsy
Could hear anything going on in apartment due to flimsy walls
Walk-up building, beware of living on the top floors and forgetting something when you’re headed out the front door :)
No view or direct sunlight in living room and kitchen area
