Provident Management is a FRAUD
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings, nice neighbors
Cons:
HORRIBLE noise from across the street, especially on weekends, starting at 1AM. The police do nothing. Also,, the building is overrun by mice.
Advice to owner:
Pick up the phone and finally get back to me specifically related to an illegal rent controlled apt in this building

Newly renovated property
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building has been renovated from in and out. Hallways look beautiful, elevator looks modern, entrance is keyless and your apartment will also very likely be renovated like mine. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet during the morning but gets progressively loud during the summer as night approaches.
Cons:
It can get very loud at night. Neighbors are always great but the amount of people loitering outside and topping out their Bluetooth speakers at maximum volume is sometimes very hard to deal with. I come from a culture where music is deeply loved but we were also thought to play at respectful levels where it may apply. But that won’t be the case with the people outdoors. They will blast their Bluetooth or car speakers at maximum volume and you will hear it. I’m a heavy sleeper so I don’t hear it after going to bed but it gets annoying. Fireworks are also a huge problem. Dudes in this neighborhood will very politely decide the best time to set them off is at 4am. Not a joke or exaggeration. They will go off at that hour here and there 2 months before the 4th of July and 2 months after. These guys carry heavy fire power because whatever they set off late at night sound loud as hell! Gets me to jump off my bed in my sleep sometimes. I’m a heavy sleeper and this I cant sleep off sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Increase security and hold other tenants accountable for stealing other tenants delivered packages. It is a huge problem in this building. Other tenants who are now well known for it will steal your packages. Happened to me and my neighbors. We all know who it was but no action was taken against said tenants.
