Pros:
Great, we’ll renovated apartment. Good space. The management company was responsive with issues but most ratings affect the area and the other inhabitants
Cons:
There is no responsibility amongst the neighbors to keep the building public areas clean. Packages get stolen, pest problem rampant in hallways, stairwells and apartments. Noise level is always elevated on street and lots of people camped out front. General cleanliness in building greatly deteriorated at the beginning of covid.
Advice to owner:
Be on top of the public areas and especially the pest issues.
