Horrible Management, do NOT rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Nice place until you need things fixed and they wouldn't fix their own building...
Cons:
Management became unresponsive. Holes in roof that made it rain inside the hallways for months on end. Complete neglect, the city had to come in and fix. The landlord built a structure that completely blocked fire escapes, no care for tenant safety. Took many months of litigation and fines from the city and department of buildings to finally fix that. They have trash cans in the lobby that smell and attract pests. They are not supposed to be inside of the building. The place was so unsafe they had to hire fire guards.
