Negligente dueño que no repara los apartamentos.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Distancia al tren y al Hospital Presbyterian.
Cons:
Pest control, reparation, Gad, calefacción, hot water.
Advice to owner:
Your property is near to fell. Every apartment has a water leak, wall are cracking and popcorn ceiling are falling every day. Just take care of the structural part. The building is cracked everywhere.

Spacious Apartments in a great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location of these apartments is excellent in regards to getting to other parts of the city. The super does a fantastic job of keeping the inside and outside of the building clean, and the apartments are massive compared to other places in the city.
Cons:
Though there is a laundry room in this building, the dryers haven’t worked in at least a year. Really disappointing since clearly the building has the capacity to have that luxury.
