Super and mgmt are scum
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are extremely nice probably the only pro this building has going.
Cons:
It takes too many calls to the office to get something done. The current super takes his sweet time to do things and when he has to do them comes with attitude and back talk. Had to involve 311 multiple times in order to get stuff done.
Advice to owner:
How about hire someone that actually wants to do their job rather than live off for free and neglect his responsibilities. How about actually holding your workers accountable rather than doing a slap on the wrist?

Affordable but you get what you pay for.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Priced right. Convenient location. Understanding landlords when it comes to late rent.
Cons:
Building is not maintained both front doors are always broken and need replaced. Homeless come sleep in the lobby due to doors not locking. The super is lazy and does not clean or fix problems around the property. Garbage and recycling are not sorted and it’s always a disaster. Roaches and mice in the hall and units. Neighbors are extremely loud and blast music with no regard to anyone else.
Advice to owner:
Fire your super. Fix issues in the building update main communal areas and doors. Hold tenets accountable.
