Quaint affordable living in the heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like how close it is to the A, C, and 1 trains. I also appreciate that it’s close to Broadway with lots of shops but not quite in the thick of it. The building is nothing special but there are some good units. The view from the roof is lovely. You can see Al the way to midtown
Cons:
They can be slow for maintenance because the landlord is in Jersey a lot. Some problems with package theft but for the most part not too bad.
Advice to owner:
a new call box system would be great
