Irresponsible worst building ever

Pros:
The culture, can be v communal amongst neighbors, smells like great food in the mornings
Cons:
Always Dirty never cleaned roaches in the hallways for months, the super is never available he goes on vacations for weeks & always unreachable, the water always switches from hot to cold sometimes it takes me an hour for a shower that takes 15 mins, I’m always afraid of getting my scalp burned when I attempt to wash my hair!!! in the winter sometimes the heater won’t even be on, no intercom you can’t get things delivered to you, they don’t fix anything in the apartments I’ve had mold in the bathroom, broken windows, ceiling breaking down, leaks when it rains hard, I’ve had gas leaks, messed up radiator, messed up floors w holes in it, monster roaches that terrorize me every other day even walking into the building, they refused to fix anything for years in my apt meanwhile my new white neighbor got a fully renovated apt. They push out people in rent controlled units with intimidation tactics - negligence, threatening eviction, making bogus housing cases to scare people into leaving, they prey on people (rent control apt) who’s head of households die and then ask them when they’re moving out. That’s the kind of people we are with dealing here.
Advice to owner:
Fix this building in its entirety please this is a danger to all of us. An intercom would make everyone’s lives easier and get pest control.
