Okay enough, but unresponsive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was a pretty good size and seemed to be recently sort-of remodeled (mostly the kitchen and living area.) Didn’t have any problems with pests. Building has an elevator.
Cons:
Radiator in my room leaked condensated steam onto the floor and prop manager didn’t respond to work request. Bathroom and rooms were not remodeled. “Lobby” and stairs are ill-maintained, rarely cleaned. In-building laundry has been “under repair” for three years because of “Covid,” but it’s obvious the landlord just doesn’t feel like fixing it. Some tenants would hang out and smoke from time to time in the stairs. Elevator is horribly slow and will sometimes not open doors because of broken failsafes on the doors.
