could be better, could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments, neighbors are generally nice, pet friendly.
Cons:
Roaches, mice, bedbugs frequent. Slow to repair and address any issues regardless of severity. Rent hikes.
Advice to owner:
Get more and better repair and pest control, make it accessible to the people who live there withouy having to contact the super several times to sometimes deaf ears.

Slum Lords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is a nice guy, but is restricted by building management. So if there is an issue he has to wait months/years to make repairs.
Cons:
Building management is awful. We have waited years for maintenance repairs. There is not one single component person who works there. They barely respond to emails or phone calls.
Advice to owner:
Make the necessary repairs and ensure the safety of the tenants.
