Rent-free roomies 🐀
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized; Great maintenance guy who is always so helpful; pretty clean and quiet for the most part
Cons:
Could no get rid of the mice. Lived in the building for 9 years and spent so much money using every method possible including monthly exterminator provided by the building and the mice always find their way back inside the apartment. You especially hear them inside the walls and around the pipes!
Advice to owner:
Better water pressure!

Favoritism in Apartment Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building with long time neighbors
Cons:
There is a clear preference for tenants and who gets issues resolved first compared with others. Sometimes the area gets noisy at night.
