Spacious pre war apartments

Lots of things around you
1 and A/C trains within 10 mins walking

Lots of noise/music (I didn't mind but it is the heights)
Somewhat of a bug issue in the building

Large floorplan, beautiful lobby
Cons:
SO many cockroaches (you can sign up every month for the exterminator to come but they just spray some liquid and it doesn't really help with the issue), hot water was shut off several times (only once with notice), the only way to take out the trash is to take the elevator to the basement (the elevator is crazy slow and there are no stairs to the basement), one of the heaters couldn't be shut off and it was really hot in the winter

The leasing company is reasonably responsive
