Elevator most of the time working
Cleaness (lobby at least)
Cons:
Several case of stole packages
The timing of turning on and off heating during winter time was not ideal (turn on way into the winter season; turnoff mid may)
Advice to owner:
Please listen to tenants on apt, majority of tenants are elderly people who need help.
