Okay to mediocre if it's your first place, or you're in college and on a budget
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inexpensive, close to subway, grocery, food, laundromat, etc.
Cons:
Infested with rats and bugs, you can literally hear rats scurrying and squeaking all around the walls of your apartment. There are bugs seeping through every nook and cranny and it's a hassle to deal with. Trouble having packages delivered; key fob required for building entrance, so often things aren't delivered. Landlord is hard to get a hold of. It is musty, its dirty and it is very hard to clean.

It is okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the 1 and A,C trains Lots of supermarkets nearby
Cons:
Building could be maintained better. Need better and faster handling of pest issues and maintenance requests. Management can be unresponsive at times.
