Needs Attention
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is the only good thing.
Cons:
The building is unattended. With the proper management it will be the perfect building. Extremely disgusting, lobby door broken 97% of the time. Dirty, constantly has human feces around the hallways due to crackhead who loiter in the building due to the easy access. Needs a lighter paint color due to its darkness this makes it unsafe for tenants. Trash all over the building.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building its extremely disgusting. Specially with covid it truly sucks.

Stay away if you value service
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prime location is the only good
Cons:
They do not fix anything unless you call 311 and drug addicts live in the common areas of building.
Advice to owner:
Need more security and better security system for building entry plus intercom.
