Nice but Noisy

Pros:
Very nice area. My apartment gets lots of sun and the building is walking distance to the park, supermarkets, and pharmacy.
Cons:
NOISE. People have no respect for other's wellbeing. I've nicely asked neighbors about the constant noise and they were rude and aggressive.
Advice to owner:
don't favor certain tenants
