    Good water pressure
    Renovations went a long way
    Great appliances
    Nice square footage in the two bedroom
    Good air circulation
    Timely heat
    Nice neighbors on the floor
    Cons:
    Loud construction work on the building or block for long hours
    Brought in pest control out of pocket twice over a few years (mice)
    Tub gets stopped up frequently
