Elevator building Cheap rent
Cons:
We had mold in our bathroom and all the super did was put paint over it. Lots of loud neighbors.

Location is good near 1 and A train
Cons:
Rats, cockroaches, very dirty basement, broken locks on front door, entire apartment is held together by putty

Clean please
