Not the worst of NYC, but also not good by outside standards

Less expensive and close to the A train, good Super
Cons:
Old building, been dealing with cockroaches and a reeking smell in our apartment ever since moving in. Management unresponsive except when threatening to call 311.

Terrible lunatic neighbor in 6B. Unresponsive when fixes are requested.
Advice to owner:
Be more involved in the needs of your tenants.
