Room for improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Compared to other buildings I’ve seen and lived in, this building isn’t the worst but has a lot of room for improvements
No drug dealers in the area or in the building
Cons:
Hard to get in touch with upper management Building is run down needs to be remodeled inside it’s very outdated and poorly managed Laundry room is a mess and isn’t clean as it should be mostly because and people keep breaking machines <>
Advice to owner:
People are paying an average rent of 2,000 no excuse on why the building isn’t up to par with todays standards of cleanliness and security.

Great location, poorly maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location in Washington Heights. Rent stabilized. Large apartments.
Cons:
Roaches. Leaking issues in kitchen and bathroom. Regularly without heat and hot water during the winter. Unresponsive owner and super.
Advice to owner:
Just because it is a rent stabilized building, does not mean that repairs and upkeep are unnecessary.
