Quiet and nice apartment

Pros:
It's on a pretty quiet side street and the super lives in the building. He's pretty responsive to calls and is really nice.
Cons:
We had a ceiling leak in our kitchen that we brought to management several times and they haven't resolved it over the course of a year. There is a package stealing problem in the lobby like in many similar buildings.

Great location, laundry in building, super is very nice.
Cons:
The building could use some renovations, common areas never seem clean.
Advice to owner:
Invest in this property!

Pros:
Close to the VEC, my apartment was renovated
Cons:
Roaches, rats, ceiling collapse. You name it. The super is really nice but management simply doesn’t care about tenants
