I can’t wait to move out
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near the A train, near a dog park and rather large park too, three blocks to tons of businesses, door man
Cons:
This is the worst management company ever. The building has been sold 4 times in the 2 years I’ve lived here. The neighbors are ok, but not worth staying for. The heat is ridiculously high or not working at all. Things take forever to be addressed, things break down all the time, there is major leakage never addressed. Lots of bugs and over all grossness.
Advice to owner:
This place just needs to be closed down forever. Give up this building is falling apart

nice part of town
Former Tenant
Pros:
good location with nice views of park and river. renovated apartment has new kitchen. adequate storage.
Cons:
paper thin walls and ceilings, can constantly hear neighbors above. heat clangs all winter long. management never fixes any issues just bandaids. some prickly neighbors - rude, noisy and treat the whole building like they own the joint. stinky basement where laundry is. dangerous elevators that infrequently work. unhelpful super.
Advice to owner:
get a new super. take tenant complaints seriously.

Some good and bad but not terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
We live our neighbors, our Porter and our Doorman. The apartment has a great view and we really have great people in the building.
Cons:
We had issues with the elevator for over a year and it is now being replaced. Only downside is that there’s no elevator access for 2 months.

Great apartments; great people; terrible mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
I think the apartments are really well-sized and attractive. The people who live in the building are truly great. I'm proud to call them my neighbors.
Cons:
The management company is terrible and not responsive. The elevators are frequently broken. There are leaks. Management does not care about you and is virtually non-responsive. They are not good people, unlike the people who live in the building.
Advice to owner:
Fix the elevators. Compensate your honest and hardworking renters who you have been shortchanging for years. Dig deep and be decent people and not slumlords.

Beautiful park view with endless noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Awesome view for both side. Park side is great but River side is also great view of Hudson.
Cons:
Party noise and illegal fire works bothering all through Summer to Fall. Basement is unclean. Doorman and stuff is very nice.
Advice to owner:
Landlords doesn’t care about the residence just money. They keep raising and don’t response the repair request. They bought whole building for investment and make it worse and worse.
