Unresponsive management and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized apartment Close to subway stations Spacious Laundry in building Elevator
Cons:
Unresponsive management company and super Apartment poorly renovated Leaking ceilings Stuck doors Windows don’t open properly Fire hazards Package theft Leaking shower Shower doesn’t drain (ground improperly sloped) Uneven flooring Broken radiators Overloaded circuits Electrical work not properly done (outlets don’t all work, too many appliances one one circuit, etc) Impossible to get things fixed Didn’t receive keys to our unit for 5 days after moving in Apartment was not move in ready, was not clean and had multiple maintenance issues
Advice to owner:
Hire another super Fix the problems when first brought to your attention, not 8 months later
