Okay building, bad neighbor

Pros:
Super is very responsive, apartment is huge for the price
Cons:
Floors are super squeaky, Downstairs neighbor is a menace - hits the roof (our floor), management never takes measures to address these issues
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to tenant issues
