Can hear upstairs neighbors footsteps—this has become worse over time and I hear literally every move they make. Honestly I would stay away for this reason. Creaky floors Package thief living in building

I’ve never felt unsafe, however there is a package thief in this building that has threatened residents and there are sometimes strangers coming into the building and smoking in the stairwell.
