Edit: The upstairs neighbors have made it unbearable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments Reasonable monthly rent Super lives in building Washer/Dryer in unit or in basement Dishwasher Hudson river views
Cons:
Can hear upstairs neighbors footsteps—this has become worse over time and I hear literally every move they make. Honestly I would stay away for this reason. Creaky floors Package thief living in building

Things have been good so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
The view to the river Size of the units Overall cleaning Super response speed
Cons:
Some neighbors just don't give a F about noise level. Even if is a weeknight and you have to work the next day.
Advice to owner:
A more direct line of communication with the people that take action on building issues. Often I have to jump many hoops to get to somebody.
