Awesome Property Owner and Super

Pros:
I am able to get in contact with the property owners and super very easily.
Cons:
I wish the pest control was more flexible and available.
Advice to owner:
Thank you for everything these past few years.

It dirty and undermanaged

Pros:
The building is nicer than others on the block, the super is nice as well.
Cons:
There are so many roaches all over the place, and a lot of water damage. The ceiling of bathroom has fallen multiple times and there is mold. Materials used to fix issues are always cheap, and there are even mice.
Advice to owner:
Create a good relation ship with super and don’t live on first floor, to many roaches.
