Living’s Ok Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Livable spaces, elevator, thick walls
Cons:
Things get stolen from the lobby often, and the management company takes 4-8 weeks or longer to make repairs
Advice to owner:
Be more prompt in handling the issues within your tenant’s apartments, or begin to offer rent concessions as compensation for living with broken appliances, sinks, etc - even in your renovated apartments
