Hey..it’s the Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to the subway
Cons:
Pretty much everything else expect being close to the subway
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to your tenant, a lot of them have been there for years and make the community what it is!

Love it here, hate it here - it’s home now
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive super. Many nice and friendly neighbors. Mostly clean.
Cons:
The lift is bust quite often which is a bummer fir older people in the building especially those who live on higher floors. The Neighborhood: don’t mind the drug dealers but a lot of them don’t clean up after their dogs. They need to respect where they live a lot more.
Advice to owner:
You never respond. Most of the tenants do not even have a current year lease. You promise a rent decrease over email but don’t come through with it on the lease. When we follow up you just will not respond! I’m moving, have given my notice and no response. Not sure I’ll even get my deposit back. YOU NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER.
