Mice but nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is nice
Cons:
Packages constantly got stolen Buzzer is located outside so a lot of ding ding ditch Laundry room is very inconveniently located through a courtyard with rats and a very rickety staircase that limits accessibility Dirty and noisy hallways Mice the super could not help with after 4 months - spent hundreds of my own dollars on this Insane courtyard noise - seemed like people were battling who could blast their music louder Street noise was insane - between passersby and a school that has construction starting at 9pm Property is managed by a very “legal” team, giving the impression that it is very well managed when it is not.
My rent is also listed on streeteasy for a lot more than I actually paid - $500 more a month.
Advice to owner:
Update laundry Take care of mice Install cameras with live feed anyone can access for packages Move bell to inner hallway

Great Location and Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great: right next to A express and bus stops. Grocery store, restaurants, bodegas nearby.
Super is very responsive. Handles repairs quickly, keeps building clean, sometimes even texts a heads up if you have a package in the lobby.
Cons:
Building management is not flexible or accommodating, but as long as you pay rent on time, you shouldn’t have much reason to interact with them.
Laundry in basement only takes quarters, not card.
