Wouldn’t suggest moving here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is decent.
Cons:
The owners (Steve Gross; Manor Management) are the most unprofessional, stubborn, money hungry people. They do not respond to anything and refused to change the names on the lease we have after people have left YEARS ago. It has made things difficult for us & should be illegal. Also the building isn’t clean, packages are alway stolen and the outdated intercom system has been broken for months. I hope they get into some kind legal trouble for how they operate.
Advice to owner:
If the owners paid attention to their tenants, communicated professionally and redid/updated the building it would be better.

Disrepair and unsecured
Former Tenant
Pros:
Open air and space outside our east windows.
Not too far from train and bus very close.
Neighbors mostly quiet.
Laundry room.
Cons:
Had about 4-5 repair requests, management addressed 1.
Packages routinely stolen including iPhone and found out the camera in the mail area was actually off. This was never addressed. I'm told this is still an issue.
Gas fumes from station across street not owner's fault but incredibly strong.
Neighbors have called cops on other neighbors simply being in the building (i.e. reporting people of color as "suspicious")
Laundry room never locked.
Advice to owner:
Install working security system that can halt years-long mail theft spree. Make safety a priority so tenants don't end up calling cops because they don't trust that the building is secure.
