Awful management, unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Adorable older ladies that live in the building and look out for each other.
Cons:
Nasty neighbors had bedbugs, did not advise building. Refused to get exterminator in our apartment. Loud music ALWAYS, old man smokes in lobby ALWAYS, stolen packages GUARANTEED, crackheads ‘cleaning’ the building at 12am, crackheads smoking and sleeping in building. The office NEVER answers the phone or gives calls back unless THEY need something.
Advice to owner:
Get your súper to rehab and WAKE UP!
