Don’t waste your money!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Slow elevator that has trash occasionally
Cons:
Terrible neighbors who trash common areas , don’t clean after themselves in laundry room and complain and harass over ring camera. Super doesn’t clean enough
Advice to owner:
Sell to better management!

Atrocious management; avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Proximity to A-Train, GWB, decent (not great) grocery stores, growing and vibrant restaurant scene.
- Newly renovated units make for a fresh start when moving in
Cons:
- A&E management (as of April 2019) is notoriously awful and they lived up to their reputation (previous owner was better)
- Poor communication and deceit about a gas leak in the building, accompanied by refusal to let people move out early, offering only hot plates as a solution (which were never delivered)
- Super lives off site and is completely unreachable
- Roach problem reoccurs every spring/summer, likely due to poor waste management
Advice to owner:
Get out of real estate, you're terrible
