Beautiful area horrible building mgmt

Pros:
Pretty scenery, good water pressure
Cons:
Pests (Flys, fruit flies, rats, roaches) in apartments, pests in building lobby, pests by outdoor garbage area, constant water pipe leaks, super promises you the world and never comes through, you have to contact mgmt and threaten to call 311 in order to get anything done
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with a little more respect, rent is not cheap in this building for new comers.
