Welcome to hell.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful neighbors, beautiful art deco architecture, stunning views. It could be such a gem!
Cons:
Never any heat or hot water!!! Only elevator is always broken. Intercom system has never worked. The stress of living here is killing me—it’s ALWAYS something.
Advice to owner:
Please take better care of your property.
