Landlord is intransigent and unwilling to communicate or cooperate
Frequent unannounced maintenance, with no notification of key disruptions like water shutoffs or broken elevator
Complete disregard for tenant concerns
Advice to owner:
Try treating your tenants with basic respect. Communicate effectively, notify people when essential services will be disrupted, and work with them instead of making their lives more difficult. A little decency goes a long way.
