One month without hot water.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap. Thats it, its cheap. And good cold water pressure too.
Cons:
The number one thing I dislike is that the hot water has been out for multiple hours a day for nearly a month, witout the landlord making any actual progress to fixing it. Numerous 311 requests have been submitted but are marked as resolved by the company when the problem comes back a few hours later. The elavator smells like feces, and packages cannot be delivered to the building if you want to actually recieve them.
