Careless management and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Accesible to trains and local shops.
Cons:
Terrible management of property Non existent super and not reliable Hot water and heat is often not on in the winter Smokers in the hallways Dirty commons areas like needles, cigarette butts, and trash Trash is disorganized no recycling options Smells of urine due to needle exchange clinic users sleeping in the building and in entrance Rats and mice and bed hugs prevalent
Advice to owner:
Take more care of your building. It shows you don’t care and your lack of respect.
