AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super Jose is very sweet, and it’s walking distance from the train station but that’s about it.
Cons:
Water bugs the size of lemons (and they fly,) there are ALWAYS used syringes in the lobby because heroin addicts often come in and shoot up & pass out. The mailbox is broken and your mail gets stolen as well as the packages. Terrible smells, water damage from consistent pipe leakage from the ceiling that they never fix, only patch up. Lots of mold from the leak, lots of roaches. Back of building is full of improperly discarded wood plans and garbage.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone better suited.
