Former Tenant
Pros:
Property was taken care of/live in super. When I left they were renovating the lobby to look nicer, and the apartment spaces are huge.
Cons:
Packages would get stolen often (people following behind and taking packages out, I never saw that it was tenants) and the walls are thin. The heat was also very intense in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Turn down the heat
