management rarely responds
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that it has walls.
Cons:
garbage management is terrible. stoop/sidewalk is often gross. mail gets stolen if it doesn't fit in box. management hardly ever responds. property manager doesn't respond. promised new appliances, nothing months later.
Advice to owner:
respond to tenants in a timely manner.

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros.
Cons:
Horrible management. During the winter we barely had heat and we were told that was the norm for this building. The hallway hasn’t been cleaned in a few weeks. Every time it rains something gets messed up in the building.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and actually do some work.
