Unresponsive landlords

Pros:
Large apartments, management is laid back (but to the point of unresponsive)
Cons:
Didn’t have hot water 30+ days out of the year, was constantly told it was being “fixed.” Wanted to raise rent for apartment with zero upgrades, wanted us to pay more than other apartments that had washed/dryer, dishwasher, etc
Advice to owner:
Fix the boiler, don’t lie to tenants, hire an actual plumber
