Poor Management

Pros:
There is no pros, honestly.
Cons:
Terrible management and unprofessional, they never attend your requests. If you need something from management you will never get, unless you take it to court. Building is poorly maintained, hallways are always dirty and dusty, there is not enough hot water neither heating in the units, every unit has its own hot water tank which is not enough for shower or kitchen, the AC/heater can’t warm or cool enough the unit so winter and summer you will suffer, everything runs on electricity so your bill is gonna be very high, there is no super. The neighborhood is very noisy and it became very dangerous. I do not recommend this building and think twice before moving.
