Pros:
1. It’s an older building so the apartments are big
Cons:
1. Don’t expect your maintenance jobs to be done when you call them (ESPECIALLY if it’s something like painting, fixing the floor, etc) 2. If there’s a problem in the middle of the night (lights go out in the entire building, water leak, etc) there’s no one to call 3. Expect mold in at least 2 of the rooms and they won’t do anything about except just paint over it. 4. People steal packages and management doesn’t do anything about it. 5. The lady’s in the office are rude over the phone and when you address them in person they try to play like it wasn’t them.
