Super is only redeeming quality
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super. He's helpful with fixing things in the apartment (which happens frequently) and helps with bringing in packages.
Cons:
Literally everything. Noise levels are insane (stomping around at 4am, street noise). Drug users in building, hallway reeks of pot. Packages stolen, kitchen falling apart, 100 year old bathroom, hundreds of layers of paint which peel off regularly, broken windows, ancient appliances, internet cable that ran next to the heating pipe so it literally melted several times. Smoke alarms don't work.
