Pros:
Apartments are spacious, the maintenance people are on top of the garbage, the super is responsive
Cons:
The neighbor at 521 Audubon Avenue, 5C which is attached to our building plays loud music into the next morning, no consideration for his neighbors
Advice to owner:
Evict bad tenants
